Capture an after-sales case

Ask for model and revision, batch or carton mark, charger and vehicle, charging mode, error behavior, environment, photos and the sequence that reproduces the issue. Separate confirmed evidence from assumptions.

Define replacement boundaries

State which parts can be replaced, which cases need a sample or live test, and when a complete cable assembly should be returned. Keep replacement packaging and instructions aligned with the same revision.

Reduce preventable returns

Use connector direction in the SKU name, show both ends in product images, list current and phase clearly, and ask buyers to confirm the equipment pair before ordering.
