Private Label EV Charging Gun Cable Packaging Guide
Private-label packaging should make the exact product, connector direction, electrical rating and revision easy to identify. Good packaging control reduces listing, warehouse and after-sales errors.
Define the SKU identity
- Brand, product family, connector direction and model
- AC mode, current, voltage, phase and cable length
- Part number, revision and batch or lot field
- Accessory list and replacement boundary
Prepare the artwork
Confirm logo location, label language, rating panel, warnings, barcode or QR field, manual language, carton markings and destination-market requirements. Keep artwork tied to the approved model revision.
Control the packing list
List the charging gun cable, caps, bags, brackets, manuals and other accessories. Photograph the approved pack-out and use it during incoming and final inspection.
