NACS AC Charging Gun Cable OEM Supplier

NACS AC charging gun cable assemblies are used in North American EVSE, wallbox and vehicle-side integration projects. Connector naming alone is not enough: state the equipment pair and complete termination.

What to specify

NACS AC project boundaries

State clearly that the request is for an AC charging cable or wallbox assembly. A NACS connector name alone does not identify charging mode, equipment direction or network eligibility. Provide the EVSE model, electrical input, target vehicles and operating environment so the proposed cable can be reviewed in the correct system context.

For sample validation, check insertion and release, cable reach, session stability, user handling and approved label language. Maintain a model and revision record for the connector, cable construction, equipment-side termination and packaging to reduce substitution between visually similar configurations.
