- Lock, latch, control-box, temperature and protection requirements
Market and compliance fields
- Destination country or region
- Required label, language, packaging and private-label artwork
- Certification or test documents required by the market
- Installation environment and expected operating temperature
Commercial fields
- Sample quantity and annual or first-order quantity
- Target price or preferred commercial tier, if available
- Shipping destination and requested delivery window
- Accessory, spare-part and after-sales expectations
What the supplier should return
Ask for the proposed model and revision, datasheet, open questions, sample plan, packaging assumptions, certification scope, lead time and quotation validity. Keep confirmed specifications separate from items that still require testing.
