Branding labels are available for our industrial charger orders of 200 units or more, subject to artwork confirmation. Before ordering, agree where the brand appears and how model identity, electrical information and traceability will be retained. A logo-label service does not automatically include custom packaging, firmware, housing or a complete private-label compliance programme.
Clarify exactly what the 200-unit service includes
The current industrial-line MOQ is 30 units, while the branding-label threshold is 200 units. For a mixed order, ask whether quantities across different models or configurations count toward that threshold. Confirm the answer in the quotation before approving artwork.
Request the label material, dimensions, placement and artwork requirements for the exact product. If you also want a branded carton or manual, ask separately about availability, cost and approval. Do not assume those services are included in a custom battery charger with logo request.
Keep the electrical configuration fixed while artwork is reviewed. A change in battery profile, AC input or connector can affect the information that belongs on the product and its documents. Branding approval should not conceal an unresolved technical selection.
Separate the brand label from the technical label
A brand mark helps a customer recognize the seller. The technical label identifies what the equipment is and how it is specified. Ask the supplier to explain which labels are being changed and which information must remain.
Do not obscure model, input/output details, warnings, traceability or required marks with a new logo sticker. If a combined label is proposed, have the relevant technical and compliance reviewers approve the complete content. Copying a previous product's label can introduce incorrect ratings or an inappropriate certification claim.
| Item to freeze | What to confirm | Common source of confusion |
|---|---|---|
| Brand artwork | Approved file, spelling, colors and placement | Assuming a logo screenshot is final artwork |
| Model identity | Manufacturer model and any seller-facing identifier | Losing the connection to the documented product |
| Electrical information | Exact input and output configuration | Reusing values from another variant |
| Traceability | Agreed serial or batch identification | Having no way to identify the delivered revision |
| Compliance marks | Supported marks and applicable scope | Adding marks because another product uses them |
| Instructions | Correct model, configuration and destination language | Branding a generic manual without checking its content |
| Packaging | Confirmed artwork and actual agreed supply scope | Treating carton customization as included in label service |
Keep the brand and manufacturer model linked
If your sales catalogue uses a new model code, agree how it maps to the manufacturer's model and configuration. The same relationship needs to remain clear in quotations, sample records, documents and after-sales information.
Ask for a written model cross-reference rather than simply replacing every original name. Supporting reports may identify the manufacturer's model. A new commercial name does not automatically extend those reports to every item sold under your brand.
For private-label industrial charger sourcing, also ask a qualified destination-market adviser which responsibilities apply to the branding and importing arrangement. Do not assume a logo change transfers all responsibility to the original supplier. See the compliance-document checklist for a model-specific review.
Approve the artwork at its real size
Provide a suitable brand file and check spelling, contrast and placement. Request an artwork proof with dimensions and a preview showing the intended location. Confirm that the artwork does not cover technical information, indicators or other functional parts.
Where a physical proof is available, inspect it at actual size. Ask about legibility and label suitability for the product's approved environment. Do not claim a particular adhesive durability, solvent resistance or outdoor service life without evidence for the chosen material and conditions.
A digital mock-up can help communicate placement, but identify it as a mock-up. It is not evidence that the production product is already branded. Supplier catalogue photographs may retain the original logo until approved branded samples or production photos are available.
Check the manual and carton as separate deliverables
If branded instructions are requested and offered, confirm the model, configuration, language and safety information. Review connector descriptions and charging guidance against the actual approved product. A translated front cover does not establish that the rest of the manual is correct.
For packaging, confirm which information belongs on the carton and whether variants need separate identifiers. If a distributor orders several voltage or connector configurations, warehouse staff must be able to distinguish them without guessing from appearance.
Ask what the supplier actually supplies and what remains the buyer's responsibility. Do not advertise custom colors, new housing, software screens or app branding as part of the label service unless those have been separately confirmed.
Sign off one complete configuration record
Keep the accepted charger model, battery profile, AC version, connector drawing, label artwork and any agreed packaging or manual files in one approval record. Identify the revisions and request written notice before relevant changes.
Arrange a final pre-production review appropriate to the order. Agree which records or photos the supplier will provide for the accepted artwork and configuration, and include that requirement in the order confirmation.
Before requesting a quotation, send quantity by configuration, destination market, brand file, desired label location and any additional packaging or document requests. Use the industrial charger enquiry page. Production is typically approximately 15-30 days depending on quantity and customization; confirm when the agreed schedule starts and allow shipping time separately. Artwork review and unresolved compliance questions should be planned before the production commitment.
Questions buyers ask
Can we mix several models to reach 200 units?
That has not been confirmed. Ask how the branding threshold applies to the proposed order mix.
Does 200 units include a custom app or enclosure?
No such capability is implied by the branding-label terms. Request those projects separately if required.
Can we replace the technical label with our logo?
Do not remove or obscure required information. Approve the complete label arrangement with the supplier and relevant reviewers.
Send us the battery details
Include the battery voltage and capacity in Ah, chemistry, charging limits, AC supply and connector photos. For a replacement, add the original charger label and vehicle model.
