Information needed for a wallbox quotation

Start with the installation country, available electrical supply, required output power and vehicle connector. Then define whether the project needs a tethered cable or socket, wall or column installation, RFID or network functions, cable length, branding, packaging and documentation. A 7kW single-phase charger and a 22kW three-phase charger require different site and equipment decisions even when the enclosure looks similar.

Before volume ordering, validate a representative charger with the intended supply and vehicle. Review mounting, cable routing, charging start and stop, protection behavior, display or indicator operation, labels and included accessories. Final ratings, functions, certification scope and environmental protection must be confirmed for the selected model and destination market.
